Elaine Stillerman, LMT
Licensed as a massage therapist in NY in 1978, Elaine began her pioneering work with pregnant, laboring, and postpartum women in 1980. In 1990, she developed her professional certification course, “MotherMassage: Massage during Pregnancy”, which she still teaches nationally and internationally. She has written 4 books and numerous magazines articles on the benefits of massage as an integral part of prenatal and postpartum care. In 2013, she was inducted into the World Massage Festival’s “Hall of Fame” and received the AFMTE’s inaugural “Educator of the Year” Award.
